Worst service ever!!

I called the call centre on 0821946 where i firstly spoke to a gent (who's name i didn't catch) who wasn't willing to assist me at all, without even asking for my account details he advised me that Vodacom can debit my account out of contract if they want to. After advising him that my contract should've been cancelled a year ago he then advises me he can't help me without me going through the whole process again. (I then spoke to his manager who apologised and advised he handled it wrong, she then transfers me to Shelly in cancellations) The cancellations department cannot tell me why this cancellation was never finalised 1yr and 3 mnths ago and advised she'll cancel it immediately and send me the details (which i haven't received yet). She then calls me back, advised they cannot refund me and they will still be debiting me this month, I then tell her exactly what I think of the situation and she puts me on hold and hung up (mid sentence) she then calls back and when i asked to speak to a supervisor she said he's busy and will call me back, still no response.

Very irrited and very annoyed at the horrible experience (not customer service what so ever!!)
