Cell C
No response from Cell C repair centre

The Repair Centre in Midrand has replaced my smart phone with a new phone, However the new phone has a fault. I tried calling the repair centre, but nobody answers my call. I have called on many occasions with no success. This is frustrating as Cel C does not have a direct contact number for its repair centre, I have to dial 084145 & select option 3, speak to a consultant, who then transfers my call. The phone was delivered to me on Friday 7th September yet I cannot do anything about it, because of Cel C's ignorant customer service/repair centre.
