Consultant had bad attitude

This morning around 06H50 I called the emergency service line (from 0726496000) and my call was answered but due to some technical difficulties the call was cut short. I then proceeded to recall the emergency service line and my call was answered by a female consultant.
(I am not too sure as to wheter the calls are forwarded to the relevant emegency service providers - i.e SAPS, EMS, etc)

I informed the consultant that I had witness an accident in which two pedestrians had been knocked down by a vehicle on the sidewalk and requested that an ambulance be sent - the tone of the consultant was unfriendly. She then requested that I furnish her with the street names where the accident occured, when I informed her that I was no longer at the scene of the accident and was unable to furnish her with specific street names her tone became - impatient and obnoxious. I then informed her of the singular street street that I was able to identify.

For an individual who deals with people in distress I find that her behaviour is totally unbecoming and runs a large risk of ruining the company's reputation.
