Very Disappointed about HTC ONE release

I'm very disappointed about the delivery / release of the HTC ONE. I've been waiting for weeks and I've not received any feedback. I've called an endless number of branches tons of times and all I get is a cold "we don't have it. We don't know when we're getting it" even though a friend of mine got his within days in Durban. I'm very loyal to this brand and will defend it to the end but this experience makes me want to cancel my services and use another provider. I actually had to "convince" one branch to take my number to let me know when they get stock since she just assumes they'll get the stock and I'll just magically appear at the store and get it. I'm tired of this hopeless service and can't take it anymore.
