Poor assistance after 3 weeks

Lodged complaint 3 may 2013. Phoned numerous times for it to be resolved. Ask for member to call me that is handling my case. Can it really take that long to allocate the correct data bundle as advertised by you. Call centre staff friendly but no help if their cant assist me. Ref nb: 3050300212. The data bundle is only a few rands to cell c but their are unable to load itas advertised.
