Good day.

I have been a customer to Nashua Mobile since February 2009.

My cellular phone (Nokia Lumia 920) was on the 18/06/2013. I reported it to Nashua mobile and even opened up a case with the SAPS.

My insurance claim with Nashua was rejected, according to their systems the phone was last used in April this year (If that was true and my phone was /lost, why would I take a month to report it? really??), I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and i had the Lumia and I used to use my contract sim in the S3 from time to time as it was a contract and I would only have to pay the bill at month end. This is terrible, I have almost 2 years more to pay R399 a month for just a sim card?

I thought that a company that could trace what phone my sim was used in should be able to track my phone and get it back to me!

Oh well, I rather cancel both my contracts and take my business elsewhere.
