I'm a Autopage Customer on MTN. I wanted to upgrade and decided to do it via internet. The upgrade was done swiftly, but the new contract was activated before phone was delivered. I made arrangement with mr Mamogale do have it delivered at specific time, but that did not happen. Due to my schedule I could not receive it any other time so I request to cancel my upgrade. He switched me to prepaid, which I did not ask for, and this was to commence from 14th May. My phone went dead on that date. MTN discovered my RICA was cancelled. I could then receive calls, but not make any and that is still my current status. I need this phone to perform my work. To change my number is not an option. Mr Mamogale and Autopage Service Dept is not concerned although I'v sent both various e-mails. It is very unprofessional and I'm extremely frustrated. It is influencing my work in a big manner.
