I have tried unsuccessfully to get in contract with Autopage management for several weeks now. I have sent numerous emails, spent a lot of time (and money) on hold to their call centres, and tried to escalate my complaint. I even resorted to posting on HelloPeter. Autopage replied and said they would contact me. They never did.

The fact is my line is unusable. I need this line for business (my wife uses it) and it is unsafe for her to use this as it is since she often cannot place calls or they are dropped. I wish to cancel her contract, but AutoPage is charging me (illegally) 100% of the oustanding fee (which no other SP does). Please simply contact me to resolve this as soon as possible. My next step is to go wait at the Midrand offices.
