I have tweeted, facebooked and now i am doing hellopeter.

I am horiffied at the extremely bad attitude and behaviour i received at the Claremont Cavendish Square MTN Branch in Cape Town.
The sales person Funda-Lunga, was not only rude and aggressive towards me, but when i finally decided to move away from him and to another consultant, i witnessed the same behaviour towards another client. He just did not listen to the client and she had to repeat herself about thrice.

I was soooo very angry about someone feeling they have the right to talk to me in the manner in which he did without any apology, that i there and then wanted nothing further to do with MTN and cancelled my contract.

I then lost all my credits, which was over 500 rands talktime and a few 100 mb data. Plus i had to take time out of my day to re-rica my phone number, as i could no longer use it.

I am not a happy camper, and will make sure that if this is not rectified, and an apology sought from me, that this goes to the very top.

I too am in the service industry, and i would not have any customers if I treated them badly. MTN, why should you still be allowed customers if you don't offer service?
