To everyone who request upgrades from Autopage... good luck on getting your handset!!!
I requested an upgrade in Feb already and is still waiting. It's really amazing how many different excuses they have when you call them, like: "The phone has been invoiced and you will receive it within 2 - 5 working days, we moved our warehouse, we have a new courier company, we will investigate and call you back, " ect. They have no follow-up procedures in place. And when I finally got the handset in April... it was the wrong one. Their empty promises and pathetic service is what they are known for. I have since then requested them to cancel my upgrade as I no longer feel want it. I dont see why I have to pay for the nauseous service they give. BTW, I havent heard anything after I requested that my upgrade be cancelled.
I dont ever want anything to do with Autopage and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from doing business with them... unless you actually want the WORST service ever. The only response you ever get is an automated response.
