Terrible service from MTN

I have recently (Wednesday, the 22nd May) upgraded my contract with MTN. I was on the anytime 350 package and went over to a new Anytime 350 with the Samsung galaxy S4. The phone was delivered to me via courrier from MTN Direct. I signed the new contract, etc. with the courier. Earlier that day, I checked my balance on my old contract and I had R 53.00 airtime available to me. After the upgrade, all my balances where on ZERO (except for a few SMS's). I have been trying to query this with MTN for two days now and nobody can give me an answer and all they do is log calls and give me the run-around. I have spoken to about three different people as well as to one supervisor - same rubbish replies... The call has been logged and they are investigating. At first I was told that it can take from 2 to 24 hours, now I have just been told by the supervisor that it can take 3 working days. So, if I make calls in the next three days, i will be billed for them at "out of bundle" rates and there will be a whole new fight to get them to sort these charges out. They your money (air-time) that I had already paid for and then charge you for making "out-of-bundle" calls.
