Service beyond pathetic, I dont know what to do!!!

My 3G issue is still not fixed. My first complint was 11 Feb 2013 and I am still at exactly where I was then. Tsepo called me and send a link to download the software. It did not work so I got a voice mail syaing I should call the Tech helpdesk. I phoned them, guy with a bad attitude said to me I need to take the stick to shop (which I have done in the past!) so that they can send it for repairs. I cannot do this, as I cannot be without internet connection. For 3 mnths I have not had what I paid for and woud appreciate if I could speak to someone that can actually help me. I also feel that Cell C should compensate me, after all I paid for a service I did not get! This is very unethical, customers should be given the service that they pay for. I am just one customer, but if this is the kind of service Cell C gives I am sure others will agree with me that Cell C is not the way to go!
