Telkom defrauding me my money

In April, I ran out of data bundle on my ADSL line. I went into TELKOM's OWN Top-Up portal on their website. I checked my data, saw that it was used up, and I then proceeded to buy (Top-Up) more data. On 12 April I went through the process of selecting a further 5 GB, entering my Credit Card number and confirming everything. The transaction went through - TELKOM TOOK MY MONEY. NO data was added to my allowance. I thought I will give it a day or so. The NEXT WEEK, there was no extra data added to my account. I started phoning en enquiring. I have been shunted around from department to department, referred to e-mail based enquiries. After Countless calls, many e-mails Telkom still have not given me my data nor my money back. Check the following REF numbers: 340340; 337187; 308348; 306878. These are the ones I recorded after realising I am going to be. There were the telephonicc ones I didn't record. TELKOM's support process is USELSS, some of their STAFF equally USELESS. THIS IS NOTHING OTHER THAN OR!!!
