Cancelled my Service without any reason

3 Days ago My simcard stoped working, I suspected my device had a problem and formated it. this did not resolve my proble so i used the sim on the other device and still not working. I calld the custumer care and found out that 8ta has cancelled my simcard. I tried to find out why no one has an explanation and told me to wait for three days which lapse today yet no one has bothered to explain why the canceled my service and reactivate it. This is a prepaid data service. I need sollution to this because this is costing me money. I bought this for work and i have 3 full unproductive days. Please sort this out ASAP
