8ta CEASES PREPAID DATA BUNDLE FOR NO REASON

I Had a 60 60 Gig prepaid data bundle. On the 5th of July this stopped working. I was told that the number was put into recycling and that I would have to wait 30 days for the number to come out of recycling for me to get my data up and running. What am I expected to do without data in the meantime? I have spent more time and effort in the past ten days trying to get the square heads at 8ta to resolve this mess than getting anything else done. Case:6388821

Give me my data or give me a full refund.
