My device was delivered with a cell c simcard, I have since tried to contact FNB to assist with the activation of the simcard with no joy. The amount of time I've spent on the phone being transferred from pillar to post and left hanging on the line is totally unacceptable. I was even told at some point to leave the sim card in the device for three days and it will start working, what nonsense is that? I have no idea what my data package offers, how the billing is going to work, nothing. This is such a disappointment!
