Refusal to Honour Warranty on Telula

I bought a Telular unit in January 2012 which I used in Botswana. The ethernet port failed in September 2012 and I couriered the unit back to Du Pont for repair or replacement immediately. They had their technical department test the device and reported that the ethernet port WAS damaged but they did nothing about a replacement / refund.

They have consistently refused to address my issue, we have had many email conversations about it, staff have changed and they are saying that because I was still talking to them in 2013 and I bought the unit in Jan 2012 0 it is out of warranty!! I sent the unit to them WELL within the warranty period and they did not rectify the problem. I was also told that they do not make that unit any more so I requested a refund - not forth coming. I have emailed Graeme who I believe is the Manager and he has not responded.

They way this has been handled is disgraceful as they failed to respond to me and theor inefficiency has left me with out an internet / phone device!!
