Did u try to stop a account resonantly?

Firstly we canceled the telephone line 3 months ago.
its not canceled as yet> getting accounts till now that we don't now why.
mailing complaints don't help at all and if you phone the people put u from one side to a another without knowing what they do. can someone please stop selling certificates to these that haven't got the knowledge of what they doing and can Telkom PLEASE wake up and employ people that can do the job and not to fill up positions with family members. To keep on paying for a service that u don't get is totally not ACCEPTABLE and to hold a line for 3 hours is worse than that. please can someone from telkom please phone me and explane whats going on with my account what THEY fukct up.
