I purchased a hammock on bid or buy from the seller Ronel smith. The item was paid for on the 12 march 2013. Today is the 18 April 2013. I have yet not received my item. I have mailed the seller numerous times. They did not respond until I acquired assistance from bidorbuy. After that Ronel assured me the following Monday I will have an answer (15 April). I still have not received my purchased item as well as a response from Ronel. This is to me unacceptable and very poor service. This to me is as good as.
