Nobody cares, terrible service and no response

Truth: I have never had such terrible service in my life. Autopage knows that I am a platinum client and they know that I am a customer of Melrose Arch. I then get a call from Sandton telling me that they have a phone for me that I should come in and collect. This was on a Thursday and I tell the lady consultant that I will come in on the Friday to which she says ok. I arrive there at 12-28pm on the Friday only to find to my shock and horror that the shop is closed!!! In the middle of Sandton city in the middle of the day the shop is closed!!! The consultant at Sandton didn't even bother to tell me that the shop would be closed between 12-30 and 1-30pm!! I cannot actually tell you how angry I was when I got to a shop at Sandton city in the middle of the day to find it closed. Ok, so I think to myself I can wait for an hour to get my phone - it will be worth it - so I do - I wait for an hour and then I go back to the shop at 1-30 only to be told that they don't have my phone!!! I take 2 hours out of my day and get completely f*cked around. Then I am promised compensation by an autopage representative but that too doesnt happen because they dont care. Find another provide
