On a recorded call I was told more than once that the price is R349 than I said I'm gladly doing the upgrade because its cheaper than most places so I ask again are you sure the price is R349 because I wouldn't want to dissappoint myself when I get billed so he says he will double check than says no no its R389 and not R349... so I ask to speak to a manager and I get put on hold for 30minutes until he comes back and says he is busy and will call back... this all took place at 12:30, a manager only calls back at 16:30 with no solution only a "SORRY"
