My name is Innocentia Kheswa i was upgrading the contract i have in which i get 2GB of data a month, when i upgraded on the 25th March 2013 i told Miss Mothale that i have 7.78GB on my modem and i need more data since i am working on a project and all i need to get it done is up to 10GB. She assured me that since I am just upgrading the wont be a problem, i am only not taking their modem again . when i got home i wanted to start with my project and to my surprise i had 1.74GB DATA left on my modem. i went back to query whats the problem and she gave me this number (011) 912 300 to find out what is the problem and i spoke to Kgomotso reference number 98380082, she told me that the sales assistant was supposed to advice me to use my data before upgrading and its the store's fault they need to refund me all the data i lost. i then went back to the store and i was told the manager was not there and they will call me as soon as the get an aswer from HR. A week later i was told they will refund me as soon as Ms Mothale comes back from disciplinary hearing. i went back again 9th May 2013 was told to give them a week and a half they will refund me. highly inconvinienced and not happy.
