Sign up for a new contract and is over billed

I took out a contract from vodacom in carnival mall. I took the new iphone 5 64gb the contract package was (400 any time minutes 400mb of data 100 sms) while doing the contract i told the person to make sure it is a fixed line and the total of the constructed package came to a total of R649.00 per month, The main problem started when i contacted vodacom for my billing details and the operator told me that i will be billed R3, 832.00, I could not understand why so much..I then asked for a detailed billing invoice there was a great amount of youtube streaming that came through and internet loging in tabs..I know the phone updates itself but i was told by a work colligue to switch the celluer data off and only update in a WIFI zone as i do daily at work that bil was only from the half of april that will be payeble end of may the april bill for end of may. To date for may the internet is a total of R35 with the same logging prinsibles as april..That is clearly a huge mistake... I took the phone back to the shop where i bought the phone from, I asked the guy that helped me to show me wats going on on his system it showed that a total of R710. plus R3800..he told me to sell the phone...
