Excellent Service with Great Attitude

I would like to extend gratitude towards an employee from MTN Cosmonet, Clearwater Mall, Marc Ash, for excellent service and great attitude. I'm an MTN customer for a few years and for the first time in history, found an employee from MTN (Clearwater Mall) with great attitude and the best service a client could ask for. Marc Ash assisted with upgrading my contract and transferring the contract to my husband's name. He also went the extra mile to recommend options with regards to upgrading and Internet data. He informed us about the things nobody ever tells you. Later on when my iPhone seemed to have technical issues, he assisted immediately. His ability to provide excellent service, while thinking of ways to assist with difficult challenges and all of this within the same day was almost unbelievable. I can truly say that this is the best service ever experienced from any staff member and I will most definitely recommend Marc Ash to South Africa for his excellent managerial skills! Great service Marc Ash!
