No Blackberry Service!

I have been a blackberry subscriber for quite some time, and i have been having problems with my signal for over 2 weeks now. I have to shut down my phone (every time I want to use it!) in order to have emails and bbm's come through. it doesn't even keep signal for five minutes, then the same story over again!
It is not a problem with my phone, I have had my phone looked at, and everything is working fine.
I have read an article that MTN is capping their users to a 200mb limit per month.
We as blackberry users are not paying a monthly charge to not be able to use our phones. I can foresee that with the lack of signal and cap that MTN is going to lose a lot of customers. Neither Vodacom nor Cell c are doing this.
Thank you for the lack of service, I am porting my number to Vodacom today still. i am not paying for something that does not work.
