Vodacom
Echo on certain calls

I ported over to vodacom about 4 years ago, since i have ported to this SP whenever i receive a call from MTN or Telkom numbers there is an echo where i hear my self and nothing from the other person, I have tried to get someone to assist with this matter but unfortunately all attempts have failed thus it feels no one is willing to put in just a little extra effort to solve this issue. It is an intermittent problem but my phone is used for business mainly, I'm afraid that this problem is affecting my business calls and as a result my business it self. I have sent an e mail to vodacom requesting to port back to MTN, but still no reply
