Deduct wrong my account, promise refund, nothing

My complain is below that I done on the 9th May, Cell C contact me and promise me the refund but its now almost 2 weeks later and I have not receive any refund yet, I am still out of pocket now for 3 months.

On the 28th January I cancelled on of my contracts and pay the cancellation fee of R1133, at the end of February cell C deduct this amount from my account, with the January and February bills. I phoned the helpline about 10 time now and try to get my money back, with no success. I send them an e-mail but no joy. One's a Francios guy from the accounts department phoned me, but he did not understand the problem. I have paid now twice for the same cancellation, and Cell C don't want to help me or sort out my problem.
