MTN service is non excisting

I have been waiting since the 3rd of January to get ANY feedback on the Iphone 5 that I have ordered!
Not only that, I have left numerous messages and NOBODY has the decency to even phone me back!
The contract is worth R1000 per month, which is obviously NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM.
Luckily my contract is up for renewal in February and then I can cancel my 12 year odd contract with them.
MTN forgets how many other service PROVIDERS there is (excuse the pun)
This must be the WORST service that I have ever received.
