Airtime bundled loaded, cant use it

I've loaded an airtime bundle, the R49 100min, 100sms and 100mb data on the 27th Feb 2013, until now I have been unable to use it. When I try to phone it tells me I need to topup. When I dail *147# and check airtime it says I have 01:40:00 which I assume is 1h40min i.e. 100min. I have phoned the call centers a month ago to try and resolve this to no avail. my bundle is about to expire in 2 days which I cant use! I AM EXTREMELY ANNOYED BY CELLC UTTER INCOMPETENCE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AFTER A MONTH!!!
