I woke up this morning thinking my BIS expired thus i don't have wireless coverage until i checked my Internet balance (new BIS for MTN) only to find i still have a lot of data bundles available and my BIS only expires on the 24th, I tried to call MTN (173) the whole day but couldn't go through, at last at 18:19 i got through and spoke to Charles. It is only when i called in that i was informed that MTN has a network problem of which they are aware of and have been trying to fix it the whole day and still trying.

What happened to having an open communication with your customers, keeping them informed, MTN is quick to take your airtime when the BIS expires, in-fact they send an sms 48 hours before it expires to inform you that it will expire, now whats so difficult to inform the very same customers that you push to recharge that you are having network problems? I receive my emails and communicate with my colleagues (Whatsapp and BBM) via my Blackberry so because of MTN all my communication has to stop???

So much for "EVERYWHERE YOU GO"
