What's the use?

Spoke to you Call Centre now... What pathetic service offerings you guys have!

Tried to find out how I can do a once of data bundle purchase on my contract phone. They cannot do it? The only way is to load an additional amount of data that will get billed and added every month until I cancel it? I don't need it every month!

How can you not offer a once off purchase when my data runs out? This is a smart phone who's existence (besides making calls) and use is based on internet data usage! I should be able to load additional data and pay for it there and then at any time!

I REALLY hate 8ta... but they at least offer me this... why can Cell C not do it?
