Cancelled contact within 7 working days

I took a moderm on contract for two gig r119.00 per month and was not happy with it, i then called Jamaine and told him that i am no longer interested and would like to cancell the contract.
The moderm has been returned to Mtn, was returned on time
Jamaine told me that the contract has been cancelled and that the call was recorded but on the 20/05/2013 Mtn debited me for the moderm that i do not have, when i called Jamaine he told me that he will escalate the query for my reversal to his teamleader.
I am not happy with the fact that i am paying for something i do not have. Jamaine does not come back to me when i call.
I want my money back please.
