On February 2013 i received a call from Cell C selling me a 24 month laptop contract (80005958737963). The laptop comes with a moderm Nokia, the price was reasonable i must say and immediately i was interested on the product.

The moderm only connects to internet in areas or places where there's a wireless and as a result i am unable to connect when i'm in the house. Thought it was meant to make life easier but instead it just made life worse. I get frustrated at times wanting to do important tasks through internet, however the divice keeps on saying "No service" yet every month my account is debited by Cell C. I made several calls to Cell C and what i gathered is that Cell C is full of bunch of incompetent agents. Today i stayed on the phone for an hour being transferred from pillar to post.

My conncern is that i cannot be paying for something that i'm not utilising. I want to cancel the contract. I was told a Technician will attend to my case, till today no one came. I even drove to Centurion Mall to see the Technician, he looked at the moderm and said it was fine, however when i got home and tried to connect the moderm i received the same message "NO SERVICE".
