THREATENING SMS FOR BLACKLISTING

I keep getting stupid sms'se from Cell C threatening me that they will blacklist me for an account that is in arrears. The statement i got confirmed my account is not in arrears, and proof of payment was sent numerous time for them to correct their error. Still i get these stupid sms, what is up with your accounts department! Im getting sick and tired of getting an sms saying that i have not paid my account when it is clearly paid!
