I previously reported that I receive an email of Phalesa Finacial servies threatening me to pay an outstanding amount of R1000 plus for being outstanding on my account with Cell C. I was contacted by Cell C and was assured that there was no money outstanding on my account it was even cleared with their legal department. Today I received another email threatening my father to pay the amount claiming to be outstanding. Again I will repeat myself that if there is any money outstanding I will psy it. But please supply me with supporting documentation. Never did I receice any invoice or any documentation from Cell C demanding payment. So I can send an email to any person demanding payment and expect to be paid. I have been with Cell C for nearly 10 years but now I doubt if I want to be part of the Cell C family anymore. In the threatening letter from Phalesa financial services the cell number is not even mentioned. Cell C???
