Ad service and discornecting my network

Today at 2am I called cell c service because my network was slow and a guy named andile was very rude and he kept on askin me questions I was supposed to be asking him and I kept on explaining my problem but he failed to help and I hung up then when I tried to go to facebook and bbm and wats app, my network was disconnected without my concern and I called again another guy answered and when I complained he call sumone else and they put me on loud speaker and they loughed at me I felt so helpless and my fone didn't work since then kept on saying no network and I called at 8am a lady helped me and she explained that my network was disconnected and she told me the guys who we're doing night shift disconnected my network and I knew its ayanda coz he was rude .what irritates the most is tht we are depending on them for help and as a customer I have the right to complain but its unprofessional for them to disconnect our network juz because we complain about their bad services and cell c is a big brand for it to be hiring such incopetent employees, I am so shocked they could even go such an extra mile to disconnect a customers network coz he complained.please make sure he is dealt with
