2 Months and still waiting

I had a complaint about the laptop I upgraded last year. I spoke to Bheki and he said that he will sort it out and will let me know what laptop I can take etc. After a month I decided to phone again to find out what is going on and yet again he promised that he will get back to me with no avail. I emailed his supervisor which is Angelo and he read the emails but never replied on them or even one phone call. This in now a week later again and still I have no answer from them at all. I need this sorted ASAP as I need a laptop that is in decent working order.
