My initial complaint of poor 3G reception in the Blackheath area was logged on the 13 of March 2013 ref:00146a8KMNCQ59TB. I was informed that the solution will be to switch over to GPRS. This was not a viable solution so I logged another complaint ref: A1-NTI5-21C1DN this was handed to the network department whom took 14days to get back to me saying that there is 2towers to be installed in the area and this could take about 6months - 1 year. I asked for a short term solution & one could not be provided. I then asked for a cancellation of both my contracts as I was not receiving the service I am paying for.

All I want is for my 2 contracts to be cancelled and switch over to prepaid as discussed with "Mogamat Junaid Hansby" and "Sonny"

It's been over 2months and I still don't have feedback or response from VODACOM!

15years of loyality only to find I'm just a number.
