Being a Young customer within your company, i would have thought I deserved the utmost respect and appreciation
The service I have had received with Anderson's thous far is really unacceptable... no one comes back to you when calling the company for anything
I as a customer needs to call in and if that is not enough remind the consultant about my query, as they have forgotten the customer, let alone the query
Everything drags, at times I would wonder if I'm speaking to a human being or a broken record...
If I do manage to call in to follow up on a query... Only to find out the waiting period has been extended ..the reason is not stated when asking for that
The query I'm querying now is the claim is: REF: B26/12X / BUMKA / A204726, which in that claim I had to involve Ombudsman in order to get the matter attended to... I was contacted about - a week ago informed that the query with the ref number as above had been attended to... was promised that funds would be allocated on Friday [ last week ] I waited, with no funds in my account, called in on Monday to follow up, consultant [Wellington Chatindo] in the claims dept promised to call me back to provide feedback
