Absolute Rip-Off

Absolutely a money making scheme from this so-called service provider. They are the only option we are allowed to use in terms of fixed telephone lines and adsl yet, in order to use them, I am still forced to pay a ridiculous activation fee even though no effort is required on their part to have an account re-activated. What a rip-off!!!
