Almost 3 weeks

Its been almost 3 weeks and Im still waiting for Vodacom to collect the handset. Ive dealt with social media, upgrades, customer care and still nothing. Each one having a different story and promising it will be collected. From agents to management. A different story everytime. Promises of returned calls. Team leader promised me a few times to call back, she hung up the phone and still no call back! Its just plain said. This is what they call customer service...
