Where is my phone???

On the 5 th of May I took my I phone 5 which I received end December back to autopage galleria where I bought it from as it does not want to take charge- I tested the chargers as I have 2 iphones! I was told 10 days and I would have a credit. On the 15th I phoned the service centre and they could not find my phone? Today I was told by the store that my phone has been sent to the repair centre with physical damage cited as the reason? Another 21 day waiting period? AAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH. pHONED THE CALL CENTRE GAVE THEM EVERYTHING FROM MY ID TO IMEI TO BIRTHMARKS AND GUESS WHAT- CANT FIND ANY RECORDS. T
STRANGE THOUGH AS I HAVE THE E-MAIL WITH THE RESPONSE TO THE STORE!!!
