Cell C
BAD SERVICE AND OU OF STOCK

I recently decided to switch service providers, and so i wanted to go to cell c, don't ask why, but i heard they excel where my current service provider does not. i visited Cell C in cresta mall about two weeks ago and i wanted to get an S4 as they were running a special, my application was approved after I HAD TO CALL IN COUNTLESS OF TIMES and so they mentioned they have no stock and i should wait. At the time i did not mind as i went in on a Saturday and they said they would have stock in on Wed, so Wed came and i took time off from work and went in again, and to no avail i got a phone, it is now two weeks that i wait for a phone and i get the same BS every time i walk in. As for the lack of knowledge i received from the salesman it was shocking, people that are hired in that store have, no manners, bad attitudes and no customer service standards, i felt like i was doing them a favour by walking in, i am still determined to get an S4 from Cell C as i want that special they are running at the moment. I do not blame Cell C as a whole, i blame Cell C Cresta.
