Again epmty promises

So this wil my 3rd complaint. Last week i actually recieved a call from autopage again. On wednesday the 15 th of may (issues started the 26th of april) i recieved the first respons from auto page. I spoke to a consaltunt named Jason who would have given me a solution to my issue the next day. I think that i have been more than accomadating towards them. It just seems that there is no urgency from them to sort issues or to keep cleints happy. Well whybwould they they have us signed for 24 months why would they care it costs a fortune to get out of the contract. It just seems its company policy to promis solutions and the deliver nothing. Real good ethichc i suppose. I think my next respons will be to go to the papers

I have spoken to 2consultants both with empty promises and. Thanks for nothing. I will be putting my complaints on more public forums.
