Non Delivery of Giftcard

I laid a complaint via hellopeter a week previously and recieved a reply from Autopage saying they would contact me shortly, I have still not recieved a reply. I have also not recieved the giftcard offered to me. Autopage's service is shocking and I am sorry I renewed my contract with them.
