No signal for 7 months

I live in the Pretoria north area. our internet signal have been to say the least very weak. It will at its fastest go only, 3-4gbps but it mostley just stay on 000gbps
We have to no avail tried desperately to get this fixed because it is very frustrating. we are paying for a service that we are not receiving.
The only answer we ever get is: There is a problem with the 3G in your area.
Wel then fix it!!!
I am trying to be patient, but this is very frustrating, every time I want to do something over the internet it takes forever IF something happens. most of the time I just give up.
My husband had enough and is now going to move our contract to Mweb.
I am very disappointed because I liked the service we had, when it was working, but I am afraid it is to late now.
