Disasterous & Pathetic Customer Service

What a disgrace, customer service is pathetic. Been a loyal client of Altech Autopage for many years never skipped a payment and always paid on time. I was eligible for an upgrade, so I opted for Galaxy S4. Although I was guaranteed a device within a week, I received feedback weeks later. Initially wanted to stay a loyal customer I enquired about matching a deal Vodacom was offering. Still haven't received feedback. 20 calls, 6 emails and numerous complaints I still haven't received feedback from a senior consultant. The internal process of this company is in fact that of numerous companies within the altech brand. I.e no communication between upgrades and customer service etc. No one returns calls even though they promise and pride themselves on a 24hour policy. They just respond and say its not in there SPHERE of duties to address my concerns and they can't transfer me to someone who can. 3 to 4 weeks of continuous calling with no success. Its a disgrace to call this service, I wonder if they would phone me if I stopped paying. I've experienced lack of respect, unprofessional and a ridiculous process of handling complaints. I hope someone responds and address my concern.
