No Installation - Unresolved Address

It has been 3 weeks of constant communication with Telkom, yet they have not resolved my address issue or set a date for the technician to install the line.

The complex I live in borders 3 streets. The entrance is in one street, but the telephone lines in the complex are registered in another street. Given that there are many telephone lines already registered in the complex, I do not see what is the hold up. I have been contacted by various people from Telkom, each time I have to explain the problem from the start since the previous person did not communicate or document our conversation.

There seems to be a lot of confusion around the 2 addresses and it still have not been resolved. I do not see why this is such a big problem? Register the line on the address as for all the other telephone lines in the complex and send the technician to the address for the complex entrance.

On top of all of this I have been billed for this month for my previous telephone line which has been canceled 2nd of April already. I am very disappointed in how this is being handled or in this case not being handled.
