I reported a fault on my line about a month ago. i live in a complex where we all had problems with our lines. we were then told that cables was and the technicians were busy working on line lines. Today (30/04/2013) everyone in the complex phones are now working and mine is still not. i was told again today that the technicians are still working on the line. Spoke to another consultant (simphiwe) said that i am not on the same exchange as the others on the complex. How is this possible when we live in one complex. surely i am also part of it. and to top it all my phone lines was not working for a month and i still had to pay the bill for APRIL. This is unacceptable.
