Mtn
BER due liquid damage

Telecommunications

I have logged a complaint to MTN via the internet MTN REQ:2147659 and Job Card Ref: ALWIC3500783 and I have not received any feedback/updates, i called a Supervisor at Allandale on Friday and gave him the USD number but up to now there is no response. I booked in my 6th exchange blackberry phone last week and i was told that it had liquid damage. The liquid damage indicators on the battery and in the battery bay of the phone are still white. If i exposed the phone to any liquids how would these liquids choose to show only on the internal indicators and not on the other indicators? There is a huge possibility that this exchange device had this damage when it was issued to me, the unit that was issued to before this was a faulty workshop device, when i returned no record could be found until i produced documentation that indeed it was an MTN issued device. I would like to believe that i was issued a damaged device and as a result the condition of the device deteriorated overtime. Could you please do the right thing and give me working device for once because i am tired of bringing back a device for repairs every now and then, that i not the reason why i signed a contact with MTN.
